If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice. For surgical procedures and dental procedures, we require a 48-hour cancellation notice.
A deposit is required at the time of scheduling for all new clients or new pets establishing care.
This deposit holds the appointment time and is applied toward the cost of the visit at check-out.
Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 business hours’ notice or if the client fails to show up.
For established clients, a deposit may be required for sick or check appointments that are not being treated through our Urgent Care Services.
Deposits are credited toward the invoice total at the time of service.
Failure to provide at least 24 business hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
A deposit, based on the treatment plan, is required at the time of booking for all scheduled procedures.
This same policy applies to any urgent care patient being hospitalized with us for any period of time once the owner leaves the patient in our care.
This ensures reservation of surgical time, medical resources, and staffing availability.
Deposits are non-refundable if the procedure or hospitalization is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 72 business hours’ notice.
The hospital may also request a deposit at any time for treatment plans or services of significant financial value, to ensure responsible allocation of medical resources and confirmation of client commitment to care.
Due to the nature of emergency and urgent care medicine, emergent and unstable pets will be assessed immediately and triaged appropriately. Please be patient with us during your visit so that we can ensure that every pet receives the highest standard of care.
We require full payment at the time that service is rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Care Credit, and cash payments.
For your safety and the safety of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier.
