Kittens
- Core vaccines: FVRCP (Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, Panleukopenia) and Rabies
- Non-core vaccines based on lifestyle and other factors: feline leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV)
- Kittens should also be tested for feline leukemia virus (FeLV) and feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV), especially if you have a multi-cat household

- Non-Core vaccines based on lifestyle and other factors: Bordetella, Canine Influenza
- Puppies should not be taken to public places such as dog parks, daycares, etc until they have been fully vaccinated. Vaccines protect against fatal diseases that are easily spread between dogs.
